Instructions

1. To install the skins you must first install ICQPlus, you can get it here

2. Download the skins you desire and drop the zip in to the ICQPlus\Skins folder (no need to unzip)

3. If you unzip the file then unzip to the ICQPlus\Skins folder

Q. How do I make skins for ICQ?
A. ICQPlus comes with a way to save your own skins, check the links for a tutorial on making your own skins.

Q. Does ICQPlus work with ICQ 2000?
A. Yes, ICQPlus does work with ICQ 2000.

Q. Does ICQPlus work with any version after ICQ 2000?
A. I am not sure. I no longer use ICQ, I use another program to connect to ICQ network. I no longer do skinning for ICQ.
